LCG_97 available for Centos7/Clang10 and SLC6/gcc8/Python2,3

LCG_97 is available under CernVM-FS and, where relevant as RPMs, for the platforms and layers listed below.

1. CentOS7: Core layer LCG_97, python 2.7.16, Clang 10

   x86_64-centos7-clang10-opt, x86_64-centos7-clang10-dbg

   CernVM-FS: /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/{views,releases}/LCG_97/
