LCG_100 layers available

LCG_100 available

LCG_100 is now available under CernVM-FS and, where relevant, as RPMs, for the platforms listed below.

Please let us know of any problem you may encounter.

To request a new layer, please send us the list of packages to be changed/added/removed w.r.t. the core layer, or provide a merge request with the dedicated toolchain following the examples under https://gitlab.cern.ch/sft/lcgcmake/-/tree/LCG_100-patches/cmake%2Ftoolchain

Builds with clang 11 will come once the remaining issues have been resolved.
