LCG_107 Layers available

LCG_107 is now available under CernVM-FS and, where relevant, as RPMs, for the platforms listed below.

This stack is based around ROOT 6.34.02. A stack is available (x86_64-el9-gcc14fp-opt) where packages have been compiled with the “no-omit-framepointer” option to allow improved profiling. Stacks compiled with clang19 on alma9, and for MacOS 13, 14, and 15 for mac processors are available. Stacks are no longer built for MacOS 12. A stack is also now available for ubuntu24.
