LCG_108 Release Available

LCG_108 is now available on CernVM-FS and, where relevant, as RPMs, for the platforms listed below.

This stack is based around ROOT 6.36.02. A stack is available (x86_64-el9-gcc14fp-opt) where packages have been compiled with the “no-omit-framepointer” option to allow improved profiling. Stacks compiled with clang19 on alma9, and for MacOS 13, 14, and 15 for mac processors are available. Stacks are also available with gcc15 now. Stacks are no longer available for el8 or ubuntu20.
