LCG_110 Release Available

LCG_110 is now available on CernVM-FS for the platforms listed below.

This stack is based around ROOT 6.40.02. Stacks are now also available on Alma Linux 10 (or el10 equivalent) with gcc15. And on Alma Linux 9 with gcc 16 and clang 22. Also the stacks are now available on Ubuntu 2604.
